Our Africa safari travel coordinator was great to work with and they provided service that beat our expectations.  Our agents from this company first asked us as to what we were looking for and then tailored our itinerary to match what we were looking for.  The arrangements made by this company were superb and exceeded our expectations.  Every camp was carefully chosen and the hospitality was great.  Our luggage did not make it to Nairobi when we landed and we were concerned about how how our bags would ever catch up with us but our safari coordinators made sure that someone picked up our luggage and drove 6 hours to deliver our bags. Incredible service.  I would highly recommend this company to folks looking for a once in a lifetime safari vacation in East Africa.
