The trip was fabulous.  The travel designer and his staff at this tour company were the reason why.  They were responsive from start to finish, helping us tailor and experience just the trip we had hoped for.  At the outset, we dealt with our travel designer directly.  He listened carefully and made great suggestions and alterations to our itinerary.  Once we were en route, we were in touch with a travel specialist, our tour company man-on-the-spot for help as/when needed.  He, too, was very very responsive.  We love traveling with local entrepreneurs like our designer and this company.  We appreciate Zicasso's help in making the match.
