Our Zicasso travel agent and his team were absolutely amazing. He even personally greeted us at our hotel when we arrived in Buenos Aires. He helped us put together a very varied trip in terms of locations, climates, and cultures. Whenever there was a glitch, our agent and his team responded immediately – nights, weekends, any time – and fixed the problem. I can't praise their assistance enough!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

There were so many things that it's hard to decide. The city walking tours in Buenos Aires and Santiago were terrific. Kayaking near the glacier in El Calafate was amazing, as was the following day's boat trip which our travel team suggested. Even the great variety of lodging, each unique, made the trip memorable.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would probably spend a bit more time in Buenos Aires. Two nights is enough in Iguazú (we had three). Also, a day trip to Valparaiso from Santiago would have been enough, rather than staying there three nights. I wish we had done Mendoza in Argentina.
