Argentina, Chile Vacation Review: Bariloche, Puerto Varas, Andes Crossing, 12-Day Trip

We were very pleased with our Zicasso travel partner. Since there were four people involved, this generated a lot of questions via email and all were answered promptly by an agent.

The unexpected blip that occurred (closing of the lake passage from Argentina to Chile) was not the fault of our tour agents, who leaped into action and found us a most satisfactory alternative. They were able, on very short notice, to hire a private van to drive us through the Andes into Chile. This worked out well, since with all the snow, our drive was incredibly beautiful.

All the hotels chosen were lovely and in great locations. All drivers and guides had comfortable vans and gave us great tours. We loved the whole trip and highly recommend our tour operator.
