The itinerary of our trip to Santiago-Mendoza-Iguazu-Buenos Aires was very well put together. We told the agency what we were interested in doing and they made it happen. They deserve 4.5 stars. Our only concern is we felt that as the trip went on, there was a degradation in service, namely our private transportation. We went from a new tour van, offerings of water, and assistance checking into our next flight to a beat up uber for a excursion to no-show airport pickup. We brought this to the attention of the primary travel company and were credited for the airport pickup we had to pay out of pocket for.
