Australia Family Vacation Review: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Phillip Island, Gold Coast, Taronga Zoo, Twelve Apostles

This Australia trip was the best we have experienced as a family.  Travelling as 2 adults and 2 children, the trip was custom-made to suit our family's requirement - a balanced itinerary perfect for kids' interest and safety, and adults', as well. The trip was well-organized - airport/hotel pick-ups, tours were carried out in a timely and well-coordinated manner.  The trip was time-efficient and relaxing since we didn't have to worry about the tours and land arrangements.  Our hotels were clean and conveniently placed near shopping areas or tourist attraction or bus/train stations.  Our Australian travel company and our agent, specifically, was very responsive to all our queries - she gave immediate feedback and answers while we were preparing and finalising the itinerary.  She was very detailed - the itinerary she provided was complete with timelines and contact details of day tour, pick-up, etc., and she would answer our questions, point by point, which is what I liked most.  She was also open and accommodating to revisions and additions in the itinerary.
