Australia & Fiji Luxury Trip Review: Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Phillip Island, Kangaroo Island, Nature, Wildlife, 20-Day Tour

We could not have planned such a wonderful trip to Australia and Fiji on our own.  We've never traveled so far and did not have experience with that area of the world.  
Our travel agent spent time finding out about us and what we enjoy, our hopes for the trip and our resources (time and financial).  He was then able to use his knowledge and expertise to create an itinerary that was a great fit for me and my husband.  He explained his process at the beginning and we had several online meetings where he spent a lot of time with us.  He also created a working document that we would discuss and he would tweak as needed. He really honed in on details of the itinerary and provided everything in a clear, easy to follow format.  A few days before we took off, we had a thorough meeting to go over the itinerary, FAQs and things he wanted to make sure we knew about getting around.
