Our month-long trip to Australia and New Zealand was a once-in-a-lifetime event, so we wanted to be sure to get as much out of it as possible. Our tour operator helped us plan and execute an extraordinary vacation. We discussed at length our hopes for the trip and she fashioned an itinerary that took into account our interests, budget, and physical limitations.

The hotels she chose included some of the most spectacular we have ever stayed in. All of the logistics (and there were many in a trip that included 12 hotels) were perfect. Also, the sights and activities she recommended in both countries were exactly what we were looking for.

We would enthusiastically recommend our Zicasso travel partner and her agency to anyone seeking to travel to this region.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

In addition to all of the sights and activities, significant highlights were the drivers and guides. Of course, they got us where we were going and showed us the sights, but equally importantly, they were interesting, engaging, and fun to talk to.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The only thing we can think of would be to find more time in our schedule to allow us to have a longer vacation. A month is a long time, but not nearly enough to see everything we would have liked to see in both countries.
