This trip was a once-in-a-lifetime experience! And it was awesome! Everything worked like clockwork. The hotels were very, very nice. The tours were great. The transfers went without a hitch. Thanks loads to Zicasso and their tour operator for the best trip we've ever been on. It was action-packed and full of great tours. Wonderful!!!!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Sydney: The hotel’s location and views of the harbor, Opera House, and bridge were great!

Uluru: The tour was fabulous, as was the 1200 drone light show!

The Outback adventure was the most amazing thing we've ever done. All the touring there was fantastic!

We have nothing but the highest praise for everyone involved in the planning and execution of this trip! Wow!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would have our airline not lose my luggage for two days. They didn't seem very sympathetic to my plight. I finally received my bag at 10pm two days after we arrived in Sydney. If our flight from Houston had left on time, we wouldn't have missed our connection from Auckland to Sydney, and maybe my bag wouldn't have gotten lost. A rather inauspicious beginning. Eventually, that was far back in my rearview mirror, but nerve-wracking when it happened.
