From the first time I corresponded with our Zicasso travel partner, I felt like all my needs would be met. I let her know the type and length of trip I was looking for. She asked about the activities we enjoyed and immediately came back with an itinerary. She was very flexible about making changes. All of the hotels and tour operators she used were top-notch and knowledgeable. It’s clear she has a well-established network of travel professionals in Australia and New Zealand.

I would highly recommend our tour operator to anyone looking for an adventure-packed trip to Australia and New Zealand.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The most enjoyable part of the trip was in Queenstown, Australia. The town was wonderful, as were the restaurants. Our trips to the national park and Milford Sound were awe-inspiring and unforgettable. Definitely a photographer’s paradise.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Nothing. Everything was perfect.
