Australia & New Zealand Travel Agent Review: Lord of the Rings Tour, Walking Hobbiton with Lanterns at Night, Anniversary Trip

For anyone thinking about taking a trip to Australia or New Zealand, going with this tour company to arrange your travel is the smartest thing you can do. I've done some extensive traveling over the years and the travel designer at this tour company made my husband and I's trip everything we could have imagined and more.  We were only vaguely aware of what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go when we started with the idea of taking a 5 year anniversary trip. After looking around online we found amazing reviews and tons of happy customers of this company. Then after reaching out to Zicasso and getting referred to this tour company, we reached out to the travel designer and gave her a very broad scope of where and when we wanted to take our trip. We had a few "Must Do's" as well as a few "Not sure about's". After several emails, a few phone calls, and confirmation of passports; the designer was able to line up a dream vacation. Over 5 separate flights, 3 separate islands, a rental car, and a total of 17 days were orchestrated with perfection. Like with all vacations you can't control everything, weather cancelled a sky diving day we had planned. Nothing could be done and while we went off on another adventure we let the company know what was going on. They jumped right on it and were able to get a refund back to us in just a little over a week after our return home. No issues at all. They really looked out for us. I will be directing anyone I come in contact with that is thinking about traveling "Down Under" to use this tour company to handle all of their vacation needs.
