We used Dick and Journey Earth for our 26 day trip to AU and NZ. Both those destinations were fantastic and remarkably we did not have a single scheduling problem on the trip thanks to the excellent work of Dick and the staff at our travel agency.
Dick did a great job recommending things to do and responding to our requests. He texted me several times during the trip to make sure we were enjoying everything.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

In AU I think snorkeling at Opal Reef on the Great Barrier reef was a highlight of the trip for me. Close behind in NZ was the jet boat trip up the Dart River then paddling back down.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Would change nothing with the schedule as it was fantastic. I think I would go ahead and fly business class on the international flights. I booked Premium Economy but due to unscheduled aircraft changes that class was not available so we had to fly coach over. That was a pretty tough trip.
