Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We had a wonderful, wonderful travel experience. In developing and tweaking our plan, our Zicasso travel partner very clearly understood our interests, the specific areas we hoped to visit, and the types of activities in which we wanted to participate. The on-site coordination was flawless. Incredibly, there was not a single glitch as far as hotel, airline, or activity reservations. If we were to be picked up at our hotel or an airport, there was not a single instance where the driver was not waiting. All drivers were very friendly and personable.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

It’s very difficult to say. Milford Sound, the penguin parade on Phillip Island, and the gondola ride through the canopy of the rainforest were among the highlights.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

At this point, we would change nothing!
