Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The travel company supplied an average service. We gave the itinerary to the agent and we didn't receive any special recommendations or ideas from the company. A part of the hotels were on a lower level then we asked, (3 stars instead of 4 stars) and the company didn't succeed to resolve problems, when they were asked to address them to the hotels.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We have enjoyed the visit at Kangaroo Island, Lady Elliot Island, Sidney and Brisbane.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

If we could take this trip again, I would plan and organise by myself.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review, and sorry to hear you feel you received average service, which we were surprised to receive given your email to Shelley thanking her for the planning and good service on the return from your trip. At all points in planning and while on your trip, Shelley promptly addressed your concerns and followed up diligently about the hotel issues you had in Alice Springs and Ayers Rock. The Alice Springs & Ayers Rock hotels you stayed in are 4* hotels in a remote area of Australia in the Outback; they are not 3* hotels. Being in the Outback, service levels, and the Wifi is not the same standard as the main cities, and we are sorry these locations did not meet your expectations.
