Australia Vacation Review: Phillip Island Penguins, Snorkeling Great Barrier Reef, Sydney Harbor Cruise & Bridge Climb

Both the trip and the company were absolutely fantastic. We worked early with our agent to establish what types of things we were interested in doing. She then put together an itinerary that we then made some alterations to, and the rest was seamless! The communication throughout the trip was great, the instructions for pickup, etc. were easy to follow, and when we ran into one hiccup (one of the tours had to close due to an extenuating circumstance) the company was quick to react and reimburse for that missed tour. The quality of the tours, hotels, etc. were also great (vip seating at the penguins!), but the prices remained extremely reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this company when planning a trip.
