Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The trip was wonderful! From the initial contact with Zicasso’s tour operator, our planning process was extremely easy. Our agent was very attentive to our wants and needs, and responsive in a very timely manner. This made the whole planning process very easy and we felt very safe working with someone we had never met. We would definitely use them again!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Some of the most enjoyable and memorable moments of our trip were being outside the big cities and enjoying the countryside and coastline. We really enjoyed our excursions in the rainforests and to the beaches, and learned so much about the Aboriginal culture and the Australian culture in general.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

While we enjoyed the whole trip, I would spend less time in the big cities and more time in the smaller towns enjoying the more rural portions of the country.
