I am very happy that you enjoyed your trip to Bolivia.  I agree that Chalalan Lodge is a great place and that visits to the Island of the Sun and the Potosi Mint are definitely worth the time.  I hope you liked the other accommodations and excursions I recommended to you.

Please know that I take very seriously all trip reviews regarding our company, be they positive or negative. 

I am sorry you felt that communications from our end was slow.  The process of narrowing down your trip to Bolivia and then fine tuning accommodations and excursions required several phone conversations and emails, as well as multiple quote revisions, that I sent you, usually within a few days of each conversation.  The process of updating the itinerary and making sure the trip runs close to flawlessly is time consuming, but I do not think that my responses were exceptionally delayed in getting back to you.  I hope you can understand that creating a first class custom itinerary is a painstaking process, and like all good things, is usually worth the wait.
