The travel planner and the group at this travel company helped us with our trip to Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and The Maldives. They really listened to what we wanted out of the trip and found places that met our goals. Our travel planner and/or another planner were always available by email or phone. They always answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. We were especially grateful for their expertise and help, when two weeks before the trip a local airlines canceled one of our flights without notice. This meant we had to make some major changes to the end of the trip very quickly. Our planner worked with us throughout this whole process and put our minds at ease and provided some great alternatives.
As for the trip itself, it exceeded all of our expectations. We have such a love and appreciation for this part of Africa. From the incredible wildlife, to Victoria Falls, and the starry night skies, it was indescribable.
