Brazil & Argentina Travel Agent Review: Luxury Mother/Daughter 15-Day Trip, Rio Sites, Beauty of Bariloche, Iguazu Falls

This travel company and our agent made for the perfect vacation with my mom. Our agent listened to our needs and concerns as I planned a trip with my 80-year-old mom to South American. She customized the trip to allow us to see all the highlights and stay within mom's abilities.
The pre-trip and en route communication with our agent was superb! She was always quick to respond and answer any questions.
We had a few hiccups that were outside the control of the travel agency. Based on extreme political activity we had to make some major itinerary changes pre-departure. During our trip, one of the internal airlines went on strike. Rebooking and adjustments were made while we enjoyed our day tour. The travel team handled these issues for us, allowing us to enjoy and continue our vacation.
This is my first experience with this company. Based on the service we received, I will MOST DEFINITELY use their services in the future and recommend to all my friends. Thank you!
