Our Chile travel agency was extremely responsive throughout the travel planning process. We felt they really listened to what we wanted to see and experience and adjusted accordingly based on our preferences and budget. During the trip, we really felt they were available to us 24/7. They helped to quickly make a dinner reservation for us on New Year's Day when we were having trouble securing one through the hotel.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Getting to experience NYE in Valparaiso was an experience we will not soon forget! The hotel accommodations in Santiago which were chosen by our agency were our favorite! The activities that were provided as part of our stay at the hotel were really top notch!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Not travel on New Year's Eve to Valparaiso. There was quite a bit of traffic and the 1.5 hour drive took nearly 4 hours. We would come in on the 29th and experience the city prior to the festivities on NYE.
