We had an amazing vacation in Costa Rica! This is an excellent travel company. They listened to our interests and helped us decide the best itinerary and activities. All of the drivers and guides were friendly and professional. The hotels were incredible—highly recommend the hotels in Arenal, Monteverde and the hotel near Manuel Antonio Park.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

- The beautiful and luxurious hotels—especially enjoyed the thermal springs in Arenal and the infinity pools overlooking the Pacific with spider monkeys and birds nearby in Manuel Antonio. Excellent food, cocktails and service at both resorts.
- We went to Costa Rica to experience its biodiversity and were not disappointed! The hanging bridges walk near Arenal was fantastic; also the Monteverde jungle walks (day and night). The knowledgeable guides, lush foliage and birds were highlights.
- Throughout our trip the travel agency checked in with our guides to ensure that we were picked up on time and that everything was fine. We didn’t have to worry about a thing our entire vacation!
- On our last day (Valentine’s Day), the agency sent us a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates at the hotel restaurant. So thoughtful!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

After Arenal and Monteverde, the guided nature walks in and near Manuel Antonio were not as impressive. Definitely wouldn’t go snorkeling again near Quepos—water is too rough to see much. We also ate at a few local restaurants in Fortuna and Quepos: nothing special and poor service. Monteverde local restaurants were much friendlier—possibly because it’s a smaller town.
