We had a wonderful travel experience in Costa Rica. Everything went as planned. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Zicasso’s tour company made sure to check on us and took care of one unexpected schedule change, so we didn't have to do anything.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The hotel recommended for our stay near the Arenal Volcano was amazing! The room and views far exceeded our expectations. Our guides were able to spot wildlife we would not have seen on our own and helped us get some incredible pictures. The trip was stress-free as everyone was on time and we knew we had support if needed.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I wouldn't change anything. The terrain was more hilly than we realized, so we were a little sore after our first couple of days of hikes, but we wouldn't have changed it.
