Our Zicasso tour operators were wonderful to work with, from planning our trip to Costa Rica to the end of the trip. I was traveling with three teenagers and we all had a fabulous time in the Arenal area. My daughter turned 15 while on our trip and our travel agent organized a surprise cake for her to make it extra special. Thank you! We hope to be back!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We loved the resort and all our tours. The Arenal bridges tour was beautiful and the sloth tour was interesting, with a super-fun tour guide. My son and his friend particularly enjoyed the ATV tour and the ziplining tour was my favorite. The tour guides made us all feel safe and made sure everyone had a fantastic experience.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Five nights was a little too much for the Arenal area. I would probably stay about three to four nights at most and venture to a different area. We simply didn't have enough time off to be able to do that this time.
