Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our trip was amazing! Sonia was wonderful. She incorporated all our wants and needs. All the tour companies she used was great. We saw and experienced so many wonderful things. There was one tour company that was late and I sent her a message on What's app and she responded right away and letting us know they were late and when the new time was. Great trip all around.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We did 4 tours in 1 day (my birthday) and we had the same driver and guide for the entire day and it was all private. That made it very special and during the lunch she had the driver get me a birthday cake and the hotel knew as well and really celebrated by decorating our room and the table for dinner. it was truly a memorable birthday. We also LOVED the night tour in Manuel Antonio.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Even though we enjoyed it, i will remove the sloth territory. We saw sloths but they were so far away and the driver pointed out sloths on the side of the road that were much closer. I also wouldn't book at the first hotel we stayed at in Manuel Antonio (which we only stayed 1 night). The second hotel was much nicer so happy we stayed there 2 nights

Sloth Territory is a very nice property but, as you say, somewhat far from your hotell. Arenal region offers now a great possibility to see sloths in different parts, of course, this is something that can not be guaranteed as they do guarantee at the Sloth Territory

Again, I am really sorry about the delay on pick up time by Iguana tours, as I mentioned , unfortunately, they confirmed a wrong pick up time on the Reservation and also on the re-confirmation but glad to know they showed up after our call.

As per the first hotel in Manuel Antonio, too bad for all inconveniences experienced and also glad that you stayed 2 nights at the second hotel. This hotel is actually more recommended for clients who want to visit Biezants beach as they have the private trail but in your case, probably better to have stayed the 3 nights at the second hotel instead.
