Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We had a great experience with Zicasso. I always plan our vacations, but went on a last-minute trip over the holidays. I knew it would be difficult to find accommodations and coordinate transportation, so I wanted to use a travel agent. Our travel partner delivered! We quickly had a fantastic, well-planned itinerary in our hands! She fit in all of my requests and was super responsive. I’d definitely use them again.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

I knew I wanted this vacation to be action-packed, and it was! It’s hard to pick a favorite part, but all of our nature experiences were fantastic. It was exactly what I was looking for.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

If time allowed, the only thing I would change about our trip would be to make it longer!
