Croatia Travel Review: 9-Day Family Trip, Game of Thrones, Hvar Island, Boat Tour, Food & History

We used Zicasso for our trip to Croatia and we ended up having one of our best family trips ever. The level of professionalism and the bedside manner of the employees I have not seen before. We have traveled all over the world and I have yet to come across travel agents that put in the time and are literally on call for any questions, problems or changes you need to make along the way. They were fantastic and everything on our trip was seamless until the very end. We were connected with our travel planner who I can not say enough about. During Covid when our trip was on hold, she helped us plan every detail and was easy about changing anything I wanted to try and see. Our planner and her colleague were beyond professional and more importantly, their kindness and sincerity made us feel as if they were invested in our trip as much as we were!! They are the best of the best, wish they covered every country we want to travel too
