For instance, when I mentioned to her about wanting to see the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace in London, she mentioned an even better opportunity to see the guardsmen and their horses up close and personal.  It is The Inspection of the Guards, and our guide knew exactly where we should stand and what time to be there, to get the best view of the royal inspection of the guards and horses.  Our guides had such expertise in every place that we visited, that it really made a difference of understanding where we were, what we were seeing, and maximizing our time at each location. Our travel specialist added a personal romantic touch to the two different hotels in the two different countries that we visited.  It was a warm welcome, and definitely added to our stay.  We also loved using the travel app, as it made it really convenient to keep up to date with all the details of our trip.  All travel agents should have this!
