Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our trip was originally supposed to take place in 2020. We saved up for this trip for quite sometime, but unfortunately COVID delayed it. We were able to take our trip in 2022. Our agent tried his best to match our original itinerary without an additional cost. He was very responsive to our messaging. We were able to accomplish everything we wanted in our ambitious trip and managed to see numerous sites around England and Ireland.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The highlight of our trip were the Cliffs of Moher and discovering interesting pubs on our own.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

It would have been great to have more information on our itinerary. There was one error that almost made us miss our train, but since we arrived early enough to travel to the right train station we caught our train on time. We found that we had to communicate with our travel agents a number of times but they were responsive when it mattered the most.

While we always strive for perfection and 5-star reviews, we understand that from time to time things do not go quite as planned and we were made aware of a couple of occasions when you experienced problems with our in-country UK partners who oversaw your trip. This was an oversight which should never have happened, however we are glad that everything worked out.

It’s no excuse, but our partners in the UK experienced a few issues themselves, including staff shortages coupled with the implementation of new procedures after suspending operations for a year because of Covid that led to some disorganization.

It’s been a pleasure working with you and we sincerely hope that we may be of assistance for your future travels so we can show you a true 5-star travel experience.
