England & Scotland Tour Review: London, Edinburgh, Stirling Castle, Scottish Highlands, Glencoe

The Hotel in London had a very small "executive" room for a family of four. It turned a sofa into a bed still small for the kids. It had issues with elevators quite a bit where we had to use the stairs. Overall not very pleased with its selection. 
The daily trips were very good. The drivers were knowledgeable. 
The Edinburg hotel room was slightly bigger and fit us better. 
Seemingly, the Stirling Castle tickets were not included. The guide made us pay for them ($65.16) at the entrance. Usually, the guides had the tickets for us all the other times. 
Apparently, the hotel in London on our last night couldn't find our reservation. I showed them the reservation number from our itinerary, and thankfully, they accommodated us, but it could have gone wrong if they were full. The following day they charged us for breakfast for some reason (around 68$ even though it was supposed to be included). I called them a couple of days ago, and they will refund it.
