Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

My contact with this Italy travel agency ensured that our trip was seamless. Since it was our first time in Italy, we wanted our "hands held" so we could enjoy our time without worrying about language and transportation issues. The experience went very smoothly and I would recommend them without hesitation.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Since we had a limited amount of time we really appreciated the fact we did not need to line up for tickets and figure out the logistics of getting to tourist sights.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The only thing I would change is allow for more down time, and extend our visit.
