Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

This was one of the best vacations that we have ever taken. Every detail organized by our travel planner was spot on with our requests and expectations. Our goal was to visit the Great Barrier Reef, the Outback, as well as a few of the major cities in Australia. Not only did our planner exceed our expectations, some additional extras, including visits to the rain forest, Blue Mountains, and animal sanctuaries accentuated the trip. This was especially wonderful for our daughter, 13 years old, who was accommodated for her allergies and other special requests. Highly recommend to friends and family, and will plan to use this travel company again! A++ and 5 Stars!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The most memorable parts of the trip were the tours to the Blue Mountains, and the Great Barrier Reef. The Blue Mountains were an unexpected delight as we were able to view beautiful scenery, an area that was completely unexpected from previous photos of Australia, and an excellent tour guide. The Great Barrier Reef provided an opportunity for a once in a lifetime tour of a world treasure. We were able to see the coral reefs, turtles, a number of fish, as well as experience the deep in person. The tours were small groups, no more than 13-14, and each guide was expert, and knowledgeable of the various sites and native customs.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

It would be great to bring additional family members, so that they could also enjoy the spectacular sights, sounds, and experiences of Australia. Also, we would include either New Zealand and/or Tasmania to see those locations also. Perhaps extending our travel by 2-3 additional days would have also been more fulfilling. However, given school and work schedules, a 10 day trip was ideal.
