France & Italy Tour Review: Positano, Siena, 8-Night Vacation

Our trip was delayed by 30 months due to Covid. Mario from this travel company was in communication with us through the process via phone/ email and was always quick to respond. He kept the original prices despite having to delay the trip. I was very pleasantly surprised as the pandemic was not the fault of our travel agency. We also got an unexpected upgrade from a three star to a luxury five star hotel in Positano. There were a couple of hiccups along the way. This is bound to happen over two weeks holiday, but Mario and his team addressed our concerns to our complete satisfaction.
