Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Everything was well planned and came together wonderfully. Nancy and Diana did a great job for us.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The fact that we didn't have to worry with details. Transportation was already arranged for the individual tours. We could just enjoy the experiences and time with family.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would stay in Florence for at least one night. We liked Florence but only took a day trip.
