France, Italy Vacation Review: Paris, Milan, Florence, Rome, Tuscany

What a fabulous trip! Here we are, months later, still raving about our experience and talking about what a great time we had. We traveled to Paris, Milan, Florence, and Rome over nine days.

Zicasso did a wonderful job with the itinerary and captured our wishes perfectly. Our tour operator was a fantastic planner and communications were excellent. She was able to accommodate our wishes and add some extra experiences that we did not think of. The hotels and their locations were outstanding, and complimented the historical experience of our trip very well.

We were traveling with my brother who had mobility issues. It is not that easy to get around Europe in a wheelchair, but our travel agent suggested we look into renting a scooter. While we still ran into challenges at some venues, the trip would not have been as fantastic without the scooter. We are so glad we brainstormed to arrive at this solution.

For the most part, the local hosts/hostesses were fantastic, but we did have a glitch at the Milan train station as there was no one there to help guide us through the confusing chaos. Thankfully we figured it out. All in all, I would definitely use Zicasso again.
