France Luxury Vacation Review: Paris, Normandy, History, Local Cuisine, 11-Day Trip

Wow! Just wow! Zicasso’s travel team is just top-notch. Our travel agent did a phenomenal job. When we first embarked on planning our trip to France (Paris and Normandy), we were not sure what to expect from this process. But the reason we chose our travel agent is that he was so attentive to our needs. He took the time to listen and understand what we wanted from the trip and helped us plan accordingly. That is such an important skill, not just listening, but hearing what we were saying and collaboratively planning. We had several planning sessions via phone, countless emails, and several iterations to get the trip just right. And the results did not disappoint.

Even once the itinerary was set in stone, we decided to add a few more activities once we were on the ground in France. Our agent was able to get us last-minute tickets when the "traditional" websites said they were all sold out.

We are not frequent international travelers, so it was great to have the pressure removed from the planning process. We didn't worry about anything once we had arrived. We had our agent's phone number for emergencies, that of our driver for when we landed at CDG, and our guides for activities. We had all tickets in hand with our itinerary so we knew what we were doing when and with whom. Our hotels were great, and the driver and guides were just wonderful! On the day of our arrival, our travel agent reached out to us, indicating he wanted to meet us. On the last day of our trip, he came to our hotel to bid us goodbye. Such a great personal touch. We cannot recommend our travel company enough.
