France Trip Review: Luxury 9-Night Tour of Normandy, Paris, Brittany & Loire Valley

We were looking for a special European vacation to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, and my wife’s 70th birthday, and contacted Zicasso for recommendations. We had used Zicasso services for an Italy tour in 2018. After speaking with several travel professionals, we selected Robert and our travel specialist company.
We have just returned from our 12-day trip to Paris, Normandy, Brittany and the Loire Valley. Robert and his wife, Meghan, planned all the hotels, ground transportation and tour guides for our vacation, and provided excellent assistance with restaurants and other activities.   
My wife and I opted for more of a luxury trip with five-star accommodations/transport, and our travel specialist delivered even beyond our expectations.  His guides were personable, professional and very knowledgeable.  Our entire vacation was without a glitch, despite the COVID pandemic and related restrictions. Robert was in touch throughout the trip to ensure our satisfaction and to alert us to changing government requirements.
Unfortunately, we likely won’t be using Zicasso service again, as we will be using Robert and our travel specialist for ALL our vacation travel needs in the future. In fact, we have already begun planning a United Kingdom trip with Robert for 2022.  We highly recommend them to anyone seeking a professional and competent travel planner who delivers what he promises.
