Germany, France, Austria, Croatia, Slovenia & Italy Review: Grandparent & Grandchildren Vacation

I found our travel planners to be very responsive.  Their planning was superb, and I asked a lot from them -- two grandkids and one old lady going through 6 different countries!  I did not let them plan the basic items I wanted my grandkids to see, and following my itinerary (and making it work) made the trip much more difficult for them to plan.
At the end of the trip, they had a luncheon for us, and that made the entire trip much more personal.  They were as GREAT as the Zicasso trip last year to Australia, NZ, and Fiji!
I am now working with a travel company on another trip, this one to China and Japan.  So far, I do not find this tour planner to be efficient, but I have hopes that he will improve with time.
