Greece 60th Birthday Vacation Review: Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, Crete, Delphi, Nea Kameni, Temple of Poseidon, Volcano Tour

I am actually a happy customer and Anthony did a great job - so I would recommend your site.

Just to let you know who your competition could be, seems allot of young people we spoke to booked through a site caled "jetsetter"

Comments are just some feelings - I do not want to come accross as hostile - sometimes e-mail is not interpurted correctly

In Mickinos - hotel location was great - maybe stay at a less expensive hotel in the same area -  if it save significant $$

The hotel in Athens was wonderful - well located, enjoyed the roof top for breakfast.

The hotel in Santorini was very luxorious - I felt bad not being 100% happy even though I knew I was in a very expensive room. I felt spoiled and did not feel good about myself. I prefer to watch TV  in bed to fall asleep at night. The Villa had two rooms, and the TV was in the living area, not the sleeping area. In a more modest room this would not have been an issue.

The airconditioning was in the living area - this room was nice and cool. The sleeping area was not so cool. In a more modest room this would not have been an issue.

There was no way no how that my husband could make it to breakfast, as there were many steps. The hotel did deliver for us - so this issue resolved itself.

Once or twice the lift did not work - so to leave the hotel we had to climb steps

I could have cut a day off Athens - out of city tour was nice, but not that necessary. Private walking tour was nice, but not necessary.

I really enjoyed the trip but felt that at the end I had more luxuary than necessary to be happy. I would be interested to hear how the same trip locations (Athens, Mickinos, Santorini) (maybe shave a day off) could have been done for $2,000 less.

Next time I have to ask more questions as to how to get to our hotel rooms. It did not occur to me that

the elevator would not get us to our room. In Mickinos and Santorini we had many steps to navigate, which was not fun for my husband.

A travel agent who is no doubt young should inquire about older peoples physical abilities when planning the trip.
