Greece Honeymoon & Family Travel Review: Athens, Crete, Santorini, Chania, Heraklion, Cooking Class, Sunset Cruise, Local Cuisine

Crete-
We arrived in Chania(our favorite city by far!) The harbor was beautiful during the day and lit up at night! We took an authentic Crete cooking class. Our very knowledgeable tour guide brought us into the mountains where a husband and wife led a cooking class with multiple courses and wholesome ingredients. It felt like we were in The Sound of Music. I will never forget the homemade goat yogurt with rosemary honey from their own goats and bees!
Next we traveled to Heraklion to visit Knossos and learn the mythology of the Minotaur. A wealth of knowledge that we will not soon forget! 
Santorini
The travel agency helped my husband and I plan a Michelin star dinner for my family and 22 people. The view was amazing! The food was exquisite! The agency also coordinated hair and make up as well as a very talented photographer to take pictures of us at a beautiful chapel on the cliff!
The catamaran around the caldera has to be one of our favorite excursions! Our entire group boarded the catamaran for a sunset cruise. The boat was beautiful and the staff were friendly and anticipated our every need. 5hours of beer/wine and exceptional views was such an amazing way to spend the day with such a large group.
In Athens, Dimitrios met our family at the Acropolis. He is a former history teacher and you could feel how passionate he was about history and knowledge. He knew exactly how to engage my 7year old son and get him excited! After the tour we spent our days walking the streets and shopping.
