We had a fabulous experience with this travel team. From the start the travel designer made the process so easy, listening to our requirements, quickly responding, and ensuring he built us a tailor made plan. The payment process was also on line and very easy. When we arrived in Greece, our travel designer met us at the airport, put us onto our transfer and gave us a small bag of welcome gifts which was lovely. He set up an APP connection with us, and stayed connected the whole time. The hotels he had chosen were fantastic, and all of the hotels treated us like royalty. The transfers were all on time and very high end (Mercedes vans with smart drivers and water) and the tours were great. We really loved our trip to Greece and would highly recommend our experience. I am a full Zicasso convert and have been telling people all about it!!
