Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

I had an amazing vacation! It was not enough time and I am definitely planning a return trip. My travel agent and Zicasso provided excellent service for the duration of the trip. They had every detail planned out. They were responsive to all of my questions before and during the trip. They were responsive and very accessible. The service I received from every hotel, driver, and tour guide was excellent. Every place I stayed was beautiful and impeccably clean. Our agent took my preferences and tastes, and curated a beautiful vacation for me that I will never forget.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

All of the hotels we stayed at, the food tour in Athens, and the cruise in Santorini. Really, everything was amazing.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I enjoyed visiting Heraklion, but I don't think I would stay there overnight. I probably would have preferred not to go to the museum and left that evening for Santorini. In Chania, I should have done an all-day tour to visit other sites. We ended up planning a four-hour tour of the monastery and some other places, which was great.
