Our trip was terrific, and greatly aided by Zicasso’s travel agent and her entire team. They were thorough, thoughtful, exceptionally detail-focused, responsive, creative, and generally a joy to work with. The trip exceeded our expectations and was filled with high-quality hotels, professional guides, and local color and insights that made the trip quite memorable.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Our visit to Crete was the highlight of the trip. We didn’t know what to expect, but Crete is a hidden gem. We enjoyed the old town of Chania and the many activities we could do, including a great bike tour and an interesting hike.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The toughest part of our trip was that we got caught on a windy day taking a ferry from Crete to Santorini. That ended up being miserable, with a lot of people getting seasick. I don’t think that’s a very common occurrence, somewhat bad luck, but I would consider taking flights if the cost wasn’t too much.
