I cant even tell you what my favorite part of my trip was because there were so many to choose from.  Every excursion that we were set up with was done beautifully!  We enjoyed our tour to the acropolis with an extremely knowledgeable guide who was very helpful in every way.  I did not have a camera battery charger, so she even came with me to find one and translate for me, she knew every fact you could think of to do with the Acropolis, we were extremely impressed!  
A travel specialist met us at the hotel in Mykonos and sent us to the most delicious restaurants and got us the best seats in the house!  We loved her and called her for any question that we had and she always had a great answer or suggestion!
In Santorini we absolutely enjoyed the catamaran cruise with a delicious dinner that was cooked right on the boat!
Our guide set us up on rides to and from jet skiing which I highly recommend, that was an incredible experience for our family!  He even helped us when we were having trouble with someone in our party that had difficulty with heights!
