Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Absolutely incredible trip. Loved the country, food and people.

Did not feel like we received the type of support and foresight expected from the money spent on using a travel agent. For example - We would have missed breakfast 3 mornings (all inclusive hotels) which was unnecessary. Had to contact travel agent each time to rearrange pick up times (wouldn't give us excursion names so could not do this directly) and was hard to reach some times. Never needed to be picked up that early to comfortably make it on time. Also, they did not inform hotels we are there on a special occasion. One hotel was surprised to find out and said wish they knew earlier to provide us with a special surprise. And lastly, while we absolutely loved our trip and experiences - we felt they ‘sold’ the excursions such as ‘swimming and snorkeling’ which wasn't even offered or desirable based on time of year. We would have realized that had we done more research prior.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Beautiful sites, delicious food. Loved all our accommodations. Friendly locals

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would plan myself and keep the weather in mind with planned activities. I will be sure to book rides in such a way to not unnecessarily miss hotel provided meals.

We understand that leaving without enjoying the hotels' luscious breakfasts would be frustrating; that's why we made any necessary amendments upon your request promptly and eagerly, and this did not happen.
Concerning the hotels' lack of knowledge of your special occasion, we need to stress that we did inform the hotels about your honeymoon status. We deeply regret that the specific receptionist was not aware of this. We appreciate your understanding that such oversights can occur, and we continuously strive to improve communication with our hotel partners to avoid any similar situations going forward. We hope the personalized gift we provided as a token of our appreciation for choosing our services demonstrated our intentions to make your trip memorable.
