My wife and I have special needs. We've been fortunate to have lived active and thrill-seeking lives. In our senior years we've had to modify due to issues with health. We now find ourselves in a real-life journey working to complete our “bucket list”. We still have the thirst for excitement and adventure that drove us in our youth. This travel company created the perfect Iceland Expedition. It began when I made my first contact with the company's owner and trip organizer. He listened to our desires and our needs. He made sure he understood our challenges. The Iceland tour he designed for us was perfect. It was exciting, active and challenging. Because of this travel company’s organization, experience and contacts, we were well equipped and prepared for expedition. 

The guide assigned to us was well versed, professional and a delight. Although 30 years our junior we bonded immediately. My wife and I enjoyed every moment we spent with our guide and appreciated his insights to the islands’ culture, geography and geology. Our guide worked hard to make our days easy. He made every effort to fulfill our goals and bucket list. Laurie wanted to see the Northern Lights…. our guide stayed up late and drove us to places where cloud cover was minimal. His preparation paid off and we were able to witness two wonderful nights of the dancing Northern Lights.  Our guide’s knowledge of the small towns allowed us the opportunity to dine at out of the way local restaurants experiencing fantastic food and people. We were able to hike suitable trails and see waterfalls and geysers. Our guide arranged a snowmobiling tour on one of the largest glaciers on the Island. He may even have arranged the spectacular clear sky winter days we were fortunate to experience. I can’t say enough good things about this travel team. They helped us create Memories for a Lifetime.
