Iceland Travel Review: Helicopter Tour, Glacier Lagoon Boat Trip, Waterfalls, Geothermal Spa, Volcano, 8-Day Family Vacation

From start to finish, our experience with Emanuela at this travel agency was outstanding. At the beginning, she had a good sense of what kind of trip we were looking for, and guided us in forming an organized itinerary that included all of the Icelandic wonders we hoped to see. 
Attentive and available at every turn, we were extremely comforted that someone so knowledgable was accessible for any questions (I had many!), possible last-minute changes, difficulties on the road, or with accommodations. We had total confidence in Emanuela's amazing recommendations and advice about our destinations and best way to plan our journey. Connecting easily via WhatsApp once in Iceland, Emanuela and her team were able to assist when we had driving delays on the way to a booked tour, as well as messaging us in the moment to be on the lookout for the Northern Lights or re-arranging our helicopter tour so that we could experience the newly active volcano! So, even when we didn't reach out to her, Emanuela reached out to us to make sure everything was going well and to offer any support we may have needed.
The hotel and restaurant recommendations were excellent (as evidenced by our need to diet now!), everything conveniently located to our destinations. Truly, we could not have had the incredible experience we had without lovely Emanuela. We are grateful and couldn't recommend her highly enough.
