Our trip to India was unlike anything we have done before. We were invited to an 11-day wedding in a small town in south India. We wanted to extend our trip on both sides of the wedding to take advantage of the long travel time to India. This meant we needed an agency that would not only plan amazing activities, but get us to the wedding party on time and pick us up when it was over. Zicasso's travel partner did a fantastic job planning and organizing our trip.

We had some bumps, but the on-site team helped us every step of the way.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Everything we did was amazing, but the overnight boat in Alleppey was something we will never forget.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would make the trip longer! We moved between hotels a lot, which put quite the burden on our schedule. If anything caused a delay (our flight got delayed), we missed a key portion of our trip. If we stayed longer in each location, a minor delay could be accommodated by shifting other activities. When moving from location to location frequently, a delay often means missing a whole city/town, and can't be easily fixed. This was not something caused by the travel agency. It was more due to the way our trip prioritized the wedding versus our personal experiences.
