What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Some of the towns we visited were my favorite parts. Some were very tourist-driven, but for the most part, we stayed away from the tourist traps.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would avoid the Guinness visit. It was all automated and boring for me. Also, we drove too much, so I would spend more time in certain places and not do any one-night visits. The hotels were fantastic, but I would have liked to support the local businesses without the upcharge from the hotels. For example, by horseback riding or trap shooting.
