Ireland Travel Agent Review: 9-Day City Tour

From the first planning days until we boarded our flight home, the trip planner and her team, with sincerity, provided pleasant and intimate service.  Our trip to Ireland was decided on merely weeks before we wanted to travel.  
Zicasso was one of around six travel companies I initially reached out too and from the beginning they stood out from the flock.  Everything that was explained in my first contact call played out as stated.  From there, the trip planner invested the time and energy asking me a variety of questions to truly understand both passengers.   Due to timing, we lacked a clear vision on what expectations we had for Ireland.  After a few calls and emails, the planner had a stunning presentation prepared that exceeded the next best by light years.   
After a couple of particular requests were denied by 80% of the other travel providers, I contacted our planner and without hesitation she was able to accommodate our requests. 
Off to Ireland we go, only a day late, missing first flights and day 1 of our itinerary.  With precision, the planner and her team made the adjustments without expressing anything but support and empathy.   
We traveled from city to city around Ireland staying about 2 days in each one.  All accommodations were different and unique in their own way, but all delivered on superb hospitality.  
The planner and her team's accessibility and communication skills relieved any remaining stress or pressure while in country.   
In my 20+ years in the hospitality industry as well as past travels, I am unable to think of a company/team that provided such stellar service from start to finish.   If any future excursions require a travel service,  I assure you, Zicssso/ this travel team will be my first call.
