Italy 15-Day Trip Travel Review: Florence and Rome Food Tours, Wine Tasting & Lunch Tour, Sites & Culture

The travel company was fabulous. We rescheduled twice due to COVID and they handled all the changes . 
Our travel designer listened to our request "To Dine and Stay at local Italian owner business".
We traveled for 2 weeks and stayed in 5 locations. We call it "Slow Vacationing". 
The reservations and transportation were all flawless. When weather caused a change in plans we received email updates and their app for information during our travels was perfect. Everything; reservations, tour guide's name, restaurant recommendation and hotel addresses were on the phone.
